I took a nap today, and I don’t feel like I wasted my day at all.
I haven’t been sleeping very well; I don’t know why. Maybe I have too much on my mind, maybe I’m not comfortable, maybe there’s some underlying reason- whatever it is, it’s preventing me from sleeping through the night.
Last night I made the decision that I would spend some part of my Saturday taking a nap- and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while.
3 hours of uninterrupted, snuggled sleep. It was exactly what I needed to catch up on the exhaustion that had taken over my body.
I’ll probably take another one tomorrow.
It sounds like you got some much-needed rest.
A nap sounds heavenly! I wish I had had time for a nap when my son was napping today. I could’ve used it.
